Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory, or 4 years of experience with an advanced degree.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or other advanced degree, or equivalent practical experience.
- Excellent problem solving skills (e.g., expert in Google spreadsheets, SQL).
- Excellent business judgement, leadership skills and ability to communicate with and influence executives and other stakeholders.
- Experience in developing and executing strategies to deliver business results.
- Excellent strategy, project management, problem solving skills, combined with sound business judgment.

As the Strategy and Operations Manager you will help drive the organization forward through strategic initiatives and stay focused on aligning highest-level priorities with day to day operations.
The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$211,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Identify and develop strategies and operational processes to deliver on the execution of Mastery skills based learning initiatives.
- Identify potential roadblocks and operational inefficiencies in executing the Mastery goal, and build new processes to minimize future issues.
- Contribute to project scoping and planning and manage project priorities and milestones.
- Synthesize findings from analysis into actionable insights that power the strategy and the business.
- Own communicating findings to leadership and key stakeholders with compelling and digestible Executive level presentations that synthesize context, insights and recommendations.
