We’re currently looking for a Street Recruiter to join our team to support and move forward crucial community projects through 2024 and beyond.
Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment efforts.
- Circulate flyers at known locations where job seekers frequent.
- Ability to refer applicants to Senior recruiters.
- Coordinating interviews for Senior Recruiter.
- Screen applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements.
- Other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements:
- Respect the absolute confidentiality of human resources operations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Reliable Transportation.
- Reliable smartphone with service
- Capabilities to take pictures and email them to managers.
- Bilingual A plus.
