Responsibilities:
- Engage in design and analysis tasks under the guidance of experienced engineers.
- Contribute to the creation of structural design drawings and BIM models for new and existing building projects.
- Collaborate with project teams, including owners, architects, and contractors, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to excellence and innovative problem-solving in all aspects of the job.
- Maintain clear and effective communication through well-organized verbal and written interactions.
- Embrace the iterative design process and actively participate in the integration of design and construction methodologies.
- This position is primarily an in-person role, with a minimum expectation of four days per week working with the team in the San Francisco office.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering.
- E.I.T. certification preferred.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Revit experience is highly desirable.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong technical and organizational abilities.
- Strong self-motivation and a passion for achieving professional excellence.
- Ability to think critically and creatively in developing structural solutions.
- A proactive attitude towards teamwork, with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
