Job Title: Welder

Location: Sturgeon Bay and Marinette, Wisconsin

Responsibilities:

• Perform welding tasks on 3/8" plate using FCAW with .045 wire.
• Execute 2G, 3G, and 4G welding tests as required.
• Load welding wire into the welding machine and ensure proper setup.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of welding experience; shipyard experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Willingness to work in a team-oriented environment.
