Job Description:
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Perform general ledger accounting tasks
- Compilation of Medicare and Medicaid cost reports
- Works with the Team to assist clients through various regulatory
audits
- Assist on financial projections for healthcare entities
- Prioritize multiple jobs at one time
- Participate in practice development/marketing activities
- Strive to meet productivity goals assigned by the Firm
- Other projects as assigned
Qualifications
Minimum Educational and Professional Requirements:
- Baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university with a
major concentration in accounting, finance or other related field
- Strong communication, organizational and analytical skills
- Highly motivated team player with a strong work ethic
- Critical problem-solving skills
- Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and/or accounting
principles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Very strong attention to detail
- Professional, personable, and team-oriented
- Adapts to change easily
- Self-motivated and results driven
- Proficient with software; Microsoft Office suite, Adobe, etc.
- There is currently no immigration sponsorship available for this
