We are seeking an experienced High-End Custom Home Superintendent to join our team. Our company is a leading builder of high-end custom homes in Southern California, known for our attention to detail, quality craftsmanship, and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the construction of high-end custom homes from start to finish, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure that they are meeting project timelines and delivering high-quality work.
• Communicate regularly with clients to keep them informed of project progress, resolve any issues that arise, and ensure that their needs are being met.
• Monitor and enforce safety regulations and protocols on job sites to ensure a safe working environment for all workers and visitors.
• Create and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost reports.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other design professionals to ensure that plans and specifications are being followed correctly.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure that work is being done according to plans and specifications, and that all work is up to our company's quality standards.
• Attend and lead weekly job site meetings with subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure that everyone is on the same page and that project goals are being met.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in high-end custom home construction, with a track record of successful project completions.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team of subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate issues before they arise and quickly resolve any problems that do occur.
• Thorough knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods.
• Proficiency in project management software, such as Procore or BuilderTREND.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural plans, engineering drawings, and other construction documents.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field is preferred, but not required.
