Superintendent - BBSI

We are seeking a Commercial Construction Superintendent to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 10years of experience as a Commercial Construction Superintendent. Running significant projects.
- Proven experience working on federal construction projects is essential.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of federal regulations, codes, and safety standards.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- OSHA 30-Hour Certification preferred.
- Ability to travel as required by project locations.
