Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
Direct and supervise field personnel, managing daily schedules and on-site activities to meet project timelines and quality standards.
Coordinate project schedules, labor allocation, and resources to ensure efficient workflow across multiple teams.
Act as the primary point of contact between field teams, project managers, and clients, ensuring clear communication and prompt issue resolution.
Prioritize safety by implementing and enforcing company and OSHA safety guidelines, conducting site inspections, and fostering a culture of safe work practices.
Manage and monitor project budgets, timelines, and milestones, providing accurate reporting on project status.
Build and maintain effective relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to promote collaboration and high-quality results.
Ensure adherence to local regulations, including union labor requirements where applicable.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5+ years in a management role within commercial construction -Life Science, High-tech, Industrial or similar experience.
Proven track record of managing field teams, schedules, and commercial construction projects from start to finish.
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills with strong problem-solving abilities.
Commitment to upholding high standards of safety and quality on all job sites.
