MUST HAVE
+ Experience as a Superintendent at a GC
+ Experience with multifamily construction
+ Experience with ground-up
NICE TO HAVE
+ Experience with mid-rise, podium projects
+ Post-tension experience
+ ProCore or similar construction management software
