Superintendent Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent
• B.S. in a construction-related field is preferred, but other applicants with equivalent experience will also be considered
• Extensive knowledge of safety procedures and regulations with a proven history of upholding those policies and procedures
• Ability to supervise field employees and subcontractors on a project
• Extensive knowledge of construction processes that ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
