Supervising Attorney - Gpac

We are excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Associate Attorney to join a premier personal injury law firm. As the Supervising Attorney in our Personal Injury Pre-Litigation department, you will lead a dedicated team of attorneys and case managers, driving efforts to secure the highest possible settlements for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee a substantial caseload while managing and mentoring a team of Case Managers.
• Deliver compassionate and informative client service, ensuring a positive experience throughout the legal process.
• Collaborate closely with various departments, including Property Damage, Case Management, Demands/Negotiation, and Liens.
• Maintain daily communication with clients regarding legal strategies and treatment plans.
• Analyze case facts to clarify coverage issues and establish liability.

Qualifications:

• Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
• 3-7 years of experience in personal injury law.
• Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
• Proven ability to supervise and provide guidance to team members.
• Experience successfully settling cases in the pre-litigation stage.
• Spanish fluency is a valuable asset.
