Supervising Community Manager at CRMG

Commercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG) is looking for a Supervising Community Manager with great sales and team-leading abilities, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service for the Brand-New Lease-Up community of Eastpark Apartment Homes. This 369-unit Class-A apartment community will soon have amenities such as a Clubhouse, pool and spa, athletic court, Gym, and more!

The Supervising Community Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day property management including marketing, maintaining property integrity, screening prospective residents, collecting rents, serving notices, developing reports, preparing agreements, and supervising/training all property employees. You will have a separate office to manage your staff and conduct work from.

This community is currently under construction and will be leased out of a near-by sister property.

Location:Eastpark Apartment Homes (Salem, OR)

Hourly Rate: $60,000 - 68,000 (DOE)

Schedule: FT, Monday-Friday, 9 AM-6 PM

Weekly Contracted Hours: 40 hrs.

Additional Compensation: A monthly $50.00 cell phone stipend.

What you will bring as the Supervising Community Manager

• Two (2) years of previous customer service experience are required.
• Two (2) years of previous property management experience are required.
• Six (6) months to one (1) year of previous supervisory experience is required.
• Previous Entrata Property Management Software experience is preferred.
• Basic experience with MS365 including TEAMS, Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Basic math skills such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages.
• Ability to perform bookkeeping tasks involving collecting rent, preparation of reports, agreements, etc.
• Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• The ability to learn quickly while paying attention to detail.
• Available for after-hours emergencies.
• Understand and administer landlord/tenant laws, State and Federal Labor Laws, Fair Housing Laws, and safety protocols.
• High school degree or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation to travel between properties.
• A current valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and proof of auto insurance.
