Schedule: Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, evenings and holidays, as needed.
Responsible for assisting the project manager with the management and coordination of the contract. This supervisor will need to travel between sites. Must have the skills, knowledge, and experience to manage all aspects of the contract.

Essential Functions:
- Assists with managing the day to day operations effectively and efficiently to ensure the work is performed in accordance with the contract.
- Assists with the implementation and guides employee expectations, reviews and counsels, and ensures adherence of the company policies and procedures.
- Assist with scheduling of grounds, floor and janitorial services in accordance with the scope of work.
- Assist with quality control-site inspections of 11 sites in our service area. Conduct on-site training and engage in positive, constructive communication with employees.
- Must have problem solving skills, computer skills and customer service skills.
