About the Job
Under the direction of Manager Dental Operations, the Supervisor of Dental Services will oversee dental services of all Valleywise Health, Federally Qualified Health Center dental clinics and will be expected to ensure the highest quality care is delivered to our patients and communities. This position will mentor the technical and support staff assigned at the multiple dental clinics. The Supervisor of Dental Services works in coordination with the Manager of Dental Operations, Director Dentistry, and the Director of Ambulatory Services.
Annual Salary Range: $49,920.00 - $73,632.00

Qualifications:
Education:
- Requires a High School Diploma or GED.
- Prefer an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
Experience:
- Requires a minimum of three (3) years of progressively responsible experience working in a physician’s office or health care administrative role that demonstrates an understanding of the required knowledge skills, and abilities.
- Prefer one to two (1-2) years of prior direct or indirect supervisory experience.
- Prefer dental coding and billing experience
- Prefer experience working with electronic dental records
Certification/Licensure:
- Must have a valid fingerprint clearance card issued by the Arizona Department of Public Safety OR submit a completed Affidavit at the time of hire. Must complete fingerprint clearance card application within seven (7) days of hire date. Must present actual card within 90 days of applying for a fingerprint clearance card.
