The successful candidate will supervise Claims Adjusters. Responsibilities include maintaining a workflow that ensures prompt and efficient handling of claims within a 30-day deadline, assistance with problem claims and staff questions, training of staff, annual performance reviews and personnel issues. The individual will also process claims over a certain significant dollar threshold. The successful candidate will work with our PPO Network Reps in resolving questions, concerns, or problems with claims. He or she will also work closely with other supervisors and managers to coordinate efforts within the Claims Processing area. 

The candidate must be organized, creative and able to handle a variety of duties. The candidate must also be self-motivated and have excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills. The preferred candidate will have claims processing and Facets experience and a thorough knowledge of Health & Welfare. Supervisory experience and a college degree are strongly desired. PC skills are required.
