Summary

While performing duties related to St. Clair Hospital, outpatient centers and St. Clair Health affiliates, this position is responsible for the procurement of assigned commodities to meet the needs of the Hospital. The duties of the role include supervisory responsibility for material handlers and the shipper/receiver; identification of appropriate sources of supply; negotiation of costs; development of requests for proposals (RFPs); issuance of purchase orders; and pertinent follow-up to complete the supply delivery process.
