Job Title: Supervisor

Pay: $25 - $35 per hour (based on experience)

Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM or until the job is finished (Monday - Friday)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Supervisor to lead a polyjacking crew. This role involves managing a team of 3, ensuring quality work, maintaining safety standards, and driving a 16-foot box truck to job sites. No prior polyjacking experience is required, but supervisory experience is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and Lead Team: Manage a crew of 3 employees, assigning daily tasks, ensuring efficiency, and meeting deadlines.
Driving and Equipment Transport: Safely operate a 16-foot box truck to deliver equipment and materials to job sites.
Project Oversight: Monitor job progress and maintain high-quality standards throughout the polyjacking process.
Safety Management: Ensure the team follows all safety procedures and job site regulations.
Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact on-site, addressing customer questions or concerns.
Equipment Maintenance: Inspect and maintain tools and equipment to ensure readiness for each job.

Qualifications:

Supervisory Experience Required: Prior experience leading a team in any field is mandatory.

Valid Driver’s License: A clean driving record is required to operate the company’s 16-foot box truck.

Leadership Skills: Ability to manage, motivate, and direct a team effectively.

Physical Stamina: Capable of performing manual labor and working outdoors in various weather conditions.

Attention to Detail: Ensure each job is completed accurately and efficiently.
