Adecco is seeking a highly motivated Supplier Relations Quality Control Associate to join our client’s team in Agawam, MA.
As a Supplier Relations Quality Control Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of our distribution center operations. Your responsibilities will include conducting audits to verify supplier adherence to industry standards, EDI requirements, and internal processes.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of experience in distribution, operations, or manufacturing.
Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to build effective cross-functional relationships.
Self-motivated and independent worker.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct detailed audits of inbound supplier shipments, including packing slip accuracy, labeling, carton integrity, and overall packing quality.
Inspect and document damaged freight.
Communicate non-compliance issues to both the Supplier Relations and Distribution Center teams.
Support department standup meetings and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Demonstrate strong safety awareness and adherence to DC guidelines.
Contribute to DC and Supplier Relations activities and events.
Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
