Pay Range: $58,000-$82,000
A Supply Chain Analyst is an integral part of the TSI Supply Chain Analytics team. Your primary responsibility will be the development of analytical tools. You will work closely with our supply chain leaders to understand and take ownership of the metrics that matter most to TSI’s Supply Chain. You will perform ad-hoc analysis for many possible supply chain strategies, bringing clarity to ambiguous & complex business problems by communicating the results in a common business language that drives action. You will be collaborating closely with the IT Business Intelligence team to facilitate seamless data integration between IT and business functions.
What You’ll Do (Essential Duties and Responsibilities):
Create impactful Power BI reports by:
* Compiling data from multiple sources.
* Creating a usable data model in Power Query.
* Developing insightful KPIs and metrics using DAX measures.
* Visualizing data in an intuitive and easy to digest manner.
* Deploying and configuring solutions in Power BI Service for use by the larger organization.
* Creatively use various tools as needed to support analytical modeling (Excel, Power BI, etc.)
* Promote a rigorous, data-driven culture.
* Maintain a general working knowledge of Supply Chain best practices.
* Maintain a general working knowledge of Data Modeling, Big Data, Data Mining & Data Visualization best practices.
* Perform other duties as required or assigned.
What You’ll Need (Qualifications):
* Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, computer science, data science, or a similar field; or equivalent experience.
* Relevant experience in data analytics, data science, or supply chain management. Demonstrated working knowledge of MS Office products, experience with Power BI is a plus.
* Motivated to continuously learn & improve, constantly challenge the status quo.
* Team player, motivated to excel both as an individual and as part of a team.
