Position Summary:

In this Supply Chain Analyst position, you will be responsible for comprehensive data analyses with the primary goal to provide actionable recommendations to the supply chain and operations departments.

Do YOU Possess These Skills and Attributes?

• Thorough understanding of supply chain KPIs.
• Summarizing and presenting data, with the ability to communicate findings to a non-technical audience.
• Must be comfortable working with large amounts of data, be detail oriented, and possess excellent business acumen.
• Knowledge and proven use of SQL.
• Thorough knowledge of research and statistical analysis methods.
• Familiarity using and creating business intelligence dashboards and reports (Qlik, Tableau, PowerBI or similar).
• Knowledge of advanced analytic tools (Python, R, SPSS) to manipulate data and perform data analysis.

Do These Responsibilities Interest YOU?

• Develop, monitor and report KPIs for the supply chain department.
• Identify opportunities, make recommendations based on analysis, and monitor results of action taken.
• Employ a combination of technical skill, research methodologies, domain knowledge, and statistical analysis to explore and answer data requests.
• Become a superuser of Benco’s supply chain planning software (training provided).
• Cross-functionally collaborate with marketing, finance, supply chain and operations.
• Provide monthly reporting on performance to plan/forecast.
• Monitor market trends to assist in planning/preparation.

Do YOU Meet These Requirements?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Business Analytics, Mathematics, or related field
• 1-3 years' experience in a supply chain or business analytics role
• 1-3 years' experience in the distribution industry (preferred)
• 1-3 years' experience in the dental industry (preferred)
• Ability to work in a hybrid capacity
