Our manufacturing facilities located in Clackamas, OR, Vancouver, WA, and Rock Hill, SC allow us to serve diverse markets such as Agriculture, Industrial, Municipal, Rental, and Mining.

**We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our dynamic team

**at our Clackamas office. This is a full-time, exempt position, based 100% onsite. We offer a competitive base salary range of $105,000 - $125,000, plus an opportunity for up to a 15% bonus plan.

**SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:

**

The Supply Chain Manager will play a critical role in optimizing our supply chain operations, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of products. This position requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of supply chain processes within the manufacturing industry.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

**

• **Supply Chain Strategy Development:

  ** Develop and implement strategic initiatives to optimize the supply chain for maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

• **Supplier Management:

  ** Establish and maintain relationships with key suppliers and negotiate contracts to ensure favorable terms for the company, and carry out Supplier visits and audits.

• **Inventory Management:

  ** Oversee inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing excess inventory and carrying costs.

**

**

• **Demand Forecasting:

  ** Collaborate with sales and production teams to develop accurate demand forecasts and adjust supply plans accordingly.

**

**

• **Quality Control:

  ** Implement quality control measures across the supply chain to maintain high standards of product quality and reliability. Carry out / coordinate Quarterly Business Reviews with key Suppliers.

**

• **Cost Management:

  ** Identify opportunities for cost reduction and implement strategies to achieve savings without compromising quality or delivery timelines.

**

**

• **Risk Management:

  ** Proactively identify supply chain risks and develop mitigation plans to minimize disruptions to operations.

**

**

• **Compliance and Regulations:

  ** Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to supply chain management and product distribution.

**

**

• **Team Leadership:

  ** Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.

**QUALIFICATIONS:

**

**SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

**

Manages Purchasing and Planning personnel. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding, motivating, and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

**

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

• Expert proficiency with ERP systems, (Epicor strongly preferred).

• Proven track record (10+ years) of hands-on involvement in Planning and Purchasing roles within the manufacturing sector, with a preference for expertise in pumps or related equipment.
