Job Description:
- Perform a variety of responsibilities primarily filing and admin duties.
- Ensure confidentiality on matters related to the commercial and operations
- Interpersonal skills with desire to be a team member
- Perform back up duties during co-worker absence.
- Managing and file documents
- Effective oral and written communication
- Maintain office filing system in paper and electronic formats
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet specific deadlines
