Surgery - Vascular Physician Assistant - ProLocums

Hospital is looking for Vascular Surgery APP locum to help with clinic 4 days per week starting ASAP!

• Coverage needed: Clinic only 8a-5p, Monday - Thursday. 2-4 weeks per month. Flexible on provider availability
• Level II Trauma- HIGH ACUITY and INTENSITY
• Client will reimburse for travel
• 60-90 day credentialing timeframe

• AANP/NCCPA - Required
• ID license or IMLC - Required
• DEA/CSR - Required
• BLS - Required
• Local candidates - highly preferred
