About the Job
Impact Recruitment is currently searching for a highly motivated Survey Party Chief to join our client's team in Gainesville, Florida.

What you’ll be doing:

Supervises a crew which conducts field surveys as defined by the project manager.

Accomplishes majority of survey tasks with limited interaction with supervisors and/or Land Surveyors.

Communicates effectively with, and meets the needs of the client representative, governing agent and public representatives involved in each project; keeps the client field representative informed as to progress and problems and notifies when job is complete.

Communicates effectively with project manager as to project progress, problems, client change requests and job completion.
What you need to have:
-
5+ years of experience working as a Party Chief

Strong communication skills
-
Proficiency in construction staking and boundary and topographic surveys
-
Ability to travel up to 25%
-
Ability to demonstrate organizational skills, including attention to detail
