Award winning and decorated Executive Chef is opening an exciting new dinning venture.  The restaurant will feature elevated Japanese and Asian Cuisine, Sushi, and Binchotan Grill.  Notably, we will also boast a world class Sake and Japanese spirits program.

Highly skilled Sushi Chef sought for exciting new restaurant launch.   Must be well trained with knowledge of fish butchering, nigiri sushi, sashimi, and makimono.  Salary negotiable.
