Clearance: The majority of positions require a Top Secret security clearance, based on current background investigation (SBI), as well as the favorable completion of polygraph.  Clearance and polygraph processing will be completed by the U.S. Government.

Responsibilities:

Systems Administrator to implement, troubleshoot and maintain Information Technology (IT) systems. The System Administrator will: • Configure, install, manages and troubleshoot UNIX and Windows operating systems and GOTS/COTS software • Support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all of the client/server/storage/network devices • Optimizes system operations and resource utilization, and performs system capacity analysis • At least 5 years troubleshooting software installations and operations. • Understanding of computer networks with ability to identify, troubleshoot, and document network connectivity and performance issues. • Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution of problems • At least 5 years analyzing and correcting data flow issues within systems. • Experience in understanding network diagrams and schematics to troubleshoot dataflow and computer system related issues. • Working knowledge of enterprise dataflow and Nifi. • Willing to perform Panama shift work. This team works 12hr shifts, they rotate every 8 weeks, and have every other weekend off.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Five (5) years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree. Five (5) years experience as a SA in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required. CWIP Certification Compliance with IAT Level I (i.e. security+) is required.
