About the Role:
We're looking for a senior-level Systems Analyst to perform essential Workday functions, including business process configuration, security management, and system enhancements. This position requires close collaboration with IT and HR to continuously improve the Workday platform, ensuring it meets business needs effectively. Your Mission:
- Workday Functional Activities: Manage business process configuration, security fundamentals, calculated fields, report writing, integrations, and EIBs.
- System Enhancements: Design, develop, and deploy system configurations and improvements.
- Security Management: Configure security groups, roles, and permissions within Workday.
- Collaboration & Problem Solving: Work with IT and HR teams to troubleshoot, resolve issues, and evaluate system enhancement opportunities.
- Root Cause Analysis: Investigate and implement solutions for system issues.
- Platform Improvement: Participate in Workdays semi-annual release process and evaluate enhancements for continuous improvement.
- Software Development Life Cycle: Support all phases of SDLC, including integration, configuration, data conversion, functional specifications, testing, and post-go-live support.
Core Competencies:
- Expertise in Workday foundations across HCM (Absence, Talent and Performance, Compensation, Recruiting, Learning).
- Proficient in Workday Studio, including integration management and deployment of Workday Connectors for Benefits.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology and project management.
What You Bring:
- Experience: Minimum of 7-8 years in system configuration and support in Workday.
- Certification: Workday Partner/Pro certification with hands-on application building experience.
- Skills: Proficiency in systems analysis, Workday integrations, and SDLC.
- Preferred Skills: Experience with BIRT reporting, Workday custom reports, dashboards, and analytics.
Schedule & Shift Details:
- Work Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
