Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform analyses of numerous Human Resources programs and initiatives and make recommendations for continuous process improvement.
- Create and maintain any additional ad hoc analytics requests by the client, corporate office and project leadership.
- Convert complex data into visually appealing presentation formats to be delivered to audiences at all levels.
- Complete personnel transactions such as employee transfers, job changes, and location changes.
- Support the Human Resources department in carrying out various human resources programs and procedures for all project employees in multiple locations.
- Communicate regularly with employees to collect information and solve complex Human Resources issues, often in collaboration with other HR Departments.
- May provide leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to other HR Analysts.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in related field required.
- 5-7 years of related professional experience required.

Pay Transparency
Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards. Additionally, Maximus provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
