JOB DESCRIPTION
Our client is looking for someone to implement middle office investment accounting clients on a modern, event driven, cloud native accounting platform. The successful candidate must be skilled in analyzing data workflows for a large front, middle, and back office operating model. The candidate must demonstrate experience in data analysis, configuring and enhancing dashboards, have excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Formulates and defines system scope and objectives based on user needs. Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex business problems considering system limitations and capacity. Prepares detail specifications for developers/infra team. Provides technical expertise in evaluating new software modifications that will enhance operating and development activities.

What you will be responsible for
- AWS cloud solutions
- Unix/Linux Systems Administration – Windows desired
- Developing a complete understanding of the front to back applications of the Alpha Platform
- Building monitoring tools for front to back
- Driving the standardization of the external and internal connectivity
- Working with Infrastructure and Cloud Ops Governance teams
- Driving tasks to completion through collaboration with infrastructure SMEs as well as other applicable parties
- Overseeing the enhancement of upgrade process
- Collaborating with external product integration
- Engaging in the release process
Education & Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with messaging MQ and Kafka Connect
- Experience working in a large scale cloud-native / SaaS environment
- 5 to 10 years of experience
Nice to have:
- Third party/vendor experience
- Certified cloud architect
- Financial domain experience
- Understanding of Snowflake
Must-haves:
- Experience with messaging MQ and Kafka Connect
- Ability to engage/manage a release structure
- Experience working in a large scale cloud-native / SaaS environment
- Release management capabilities / development of monitoring tools for front to back platform
