About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Systems Administrator with a strong background in ERP systems, infrastructure management, and Agile project methodologies to lead our IT department. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex IT environments, particularly in manufacturing settings.

Responsibilities:
- ERP Odessey BLM Experience: Preferred experience in managing QAD/ERP systems in a manufacturing environment. Ensure the optimal performance, availability, and integration of these systems with other business processes.
- Data Management: Proficiency in SQL, Progress, and other data management tools to oversee data integrity, security, and accessibility within the organization.
- Change Management: Implement and oversee changes to IT systems, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum efficiency for business operations.
- Performance Monitoring: Develop and implement strategies for monitoring system performance, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring scalability.
- Security and Compliance: Maintain robust security measures and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Vendor and Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with vendors, internal stakeholders, and external partners to assess IT needs, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships effectively.
- Manufacturing Support: Provide specialized IT support tailored to the unique needs of a manufacturing environment, optimizing systems to enhance production efficiency.
- Application Management: Oversee the management and integration of various business applications, ensuring seamless functionality across systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT management roles, with a focus on ERP systems and manufacturing environments.
- Proven experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of data management, including SQL, Progress, and other relevant tools.
- Experience in change management, performance monitoring, security/compliance, vendor management, and budgeting within an IT setting.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with various stakeholders, including executives, department heads, and IT teams.
