About the Job
IT firm in Norwalk, CT in search of an experienced and savvy systems administrator to join their team. Their clients are mostly law, accounting and investment firms in Fairfield County and New York City. Fluency in all matters of technology, with a specific focus on security,is crucial.
Responsibilities include:
Providing day-to-day support to users
Implementing client projects and deploying new technologies
Developing new offerings, evaluating and refreshing existing ones
Responding to security, backup, and other device alerts
Collaborating with colleagues and owners to improve client experience
Maintain daily documentation by entering time, expenses, and all work as service tickets in ConnectWise
A successful candidate should possess:
A minimum of 5 years of IT support work, ideally within another MSP
Superior troubleshooting/diagnostic skills - you should be able to quickly assess and resolve a situation, so as to minimize client inconvenience
Exceptional communication and organization skills and an enthusiasm for client
satisfaction
