Job Description:

We’re Hiring: Systems Analyst!

Join our clients Operations & Technology Division’s Enterprise BTO Department as a Systems Analyst! We’re looking for someone with strong analytical skills, sound technology experience, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and configure Web Content Management Systems (WCMS)
• Handle new subscriptions, sites, and solution design within cloud site factories
• Manage certificate renewals, identity & access management onboarding, and security vulnerability remediation
• Support Bitbucket Cloud, Content Delivery Network (CDN), and Web Access Firewall (WAF) instances and configurations

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of related work experience (strongly preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree 
• Experience with WCMS platforms and components such as CDN and WAF
• Practical knowledge of Bitbucket, pipelines, branching models, workflow, Linux command line, CI/CD, and release management
• Experience with IT projects, including infrastructure projects, and end-to-end analysis, design, implementation, and support of applications involving COTS & SaaS
• Strong analytical and process design skills
• Effective communication skills to understand existing processes and define future processes
• Ability to work independently with technical and infrastructure teams

• Location: Hybrid position in McLean, VA (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays)
• Contract: 3-month contract-to-hire
