Responsibilities
Provide System Engineering and Technical Systems (SETA) support providing expertise to the sponsor across all elements of a multi-faceted technical policy and governance organization.
- Create reports and briefings that easily and succinctly describe high complex programs and systems in support of governing technology.
- Validate, document and manage stakeholder expectations in concert with the sponsor.
- Assist sponsor managers with modifying or establishing processes to implement strategic plans.
- Assist the sponsor in assessing, documenting and tracking program requirements and follow-on technical exchange meetings (TEMs).
- Compose and maintain correspondence documents such as operating procedures and internal memorandums.
- Work independently and among a team with minimal supervision to address roadblocks and deliver results in a timely manner or provide the most relevant course of action.
Qualifications
Required:
- BA/BS and 8+ years of experience or Masters and 6+ years of experience; an additional four years can be considered in lieu of degree.
- TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance is required.
- 3+ years of experience as a systems engineer or similar role with sponsor.
- Demonstrated experience supporting the sponsor.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills.
- Demonstrated experience in developing technical requirements and conducting technical reviews of documentation.
- Proactive self-starter able to support multiple efforts simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office products to include Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio.

- Cable writing experience.
- Project Management/Systems Engineering Certifications.
