Position Title: TIG Welder
Wage: $22-$29/hour
Shift: 1st
Hours: 5am-3:30pm

TIG Welder Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Perform TIG welding on metal components to join parts based on specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols to complete projects
- Set up and operate TIG welding equipment, including torches, filler rods and power supplies
- Maintain clean and precise welds, free from defects such as cracks, undercuts or weak joints
- Perform inspections of completed welds to ensure adherence to quality standards and tolerances
- Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers and protractors
- Work with various metals, including stainless steel, aluminum and titanium
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Assist in the maintenance of welding equipment, ensuring proper calibration and functionality
- Collaborate with team members, engineers, and supervisors to meet production deadlines
TIG Welder Requirements:
- Proven experience as a TIG Welder in an industrial or manufacturing setting
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and welding symbols
- Strong understanding of welding techniques and safety standards
- Ability to work with a variety of metals, including aluminum and stainless steel
- Attention to detail and precision in completing high-quality welds
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Good physical stamina and dexterity, capable of working in various positions
- Welding certifications, such as AWS (American Welding Society) or equivalent preferred
- Experience with other welding processes (MIG, Stick, etc.) is a plus
- Familiarity with welding robotic systems or automated welding machines preferred
