What You'll Do
- Establish and maintain strong relationship with domestic and overseas factory partners
- Ensure products achieve high standards of quality and functionality
- Utilize technical experience to enhance the product development process
- Manage projects and timelines to ensure deadlines are met
- Work with Production Coordinator to manage all references, sampling, samples and tracking numbers across all brands and partners
- Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may occur during product development
- Apply problem-solving skills and work closely with the rest of the production team to find solutions to any product development challenges
- Maintain organized and detailed records of product development process and progress
- Develop and build a knowledge base and stays updated on vendor capabilities and performance, factory relationships, quality issues, pricing, and lead times
- Work hand in hand with other departments to ensure techpacks are properly created and executed by vendors
- Maintain references of internal and external products or samples in order to stay informed and up to date on new executions, technologies, materials, etc.
