Job Summary
Establishes and oversees the Treasury and Payment Solutions (TPS) enablement strategy including building and leading internal and external training programs along with deploying a go to market process for all of TPS. Drives strategy within TPS and across enterprise partners to ensure Treasury and banking partners are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and tools to effectively and efficiently be successful in their roles. Drives third party partners to build and deliver enablement solutions at scale with deployment across the enterprise.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
* Develops and executes enablement strategies for TPS anticipating needs and scaling for future growth within the T&PS product and services. Builds and leads a go to market process that ensures all interested stakeholders have visibility into any new products, tools, or significant changes being introduced along with the ability to confirm team readiness to support. Works with risk management team to ensure both projects and the TPS is ready to introduce the changes to the ecosystem.
* Collaborate with the TPS partners to determine team member training and tool needs io enhance team member satisfaction and reduce attrition.. Partners with Learning and Development and 3rd parties to develop and implement training programs and curriculum for the TPS organization to increase productivity and performance and to articulate the business value of our offerings and solutions to our prospects and customers appropriately to different industries, customers and buyer profiles.
* Collaborates on multiple training and enablement initiatives, working with Learning and Development and subject-matter experts to develop training content for all Treasury functions. Responsible for aspects of foundational and continuous learning programs, including training content-creation, scheduling and coordination, deployment or delivery of on-demand courses and instructor-led training. Conducts regular needs analysis to ensure content stays up to date with the changing Treasury Management needs.
* Administers and/or hosts virtual internal team member engagement, online meetings/conferences, and more. Meets with stakeholders to understand goals and event objectives. Creates event briefs to align delivery expectations. Coordinates in partnership with Corporate Communications the event development and content.
* Supports planning of Treasury Management meetings, conferences, team member award/recognition and activities which may include developing theme ideas, planning budgets, booking venues, coordinating with suppliers, managing logistics, and presenting post-event reports.
* Supports Team Member recognition and engagement event activities throughout the year and is responsible ensuring Treasury team member delivery, inclusion and participation.
* Maintains knowledge of Synovus' Treasury Management products, services, and related applications. Maintains knowledge of current industry, competitive research and information, and an understanding of the customer and team needs. Serves as subject matter expert, contributing practitioner, though leader, career guide and mentor to teams.
* Each team member is expected to be aware of risk within their functional area. This includes observing all policies, procedures, laws, regulations and risk limits specific to their role. Additionally, they should raise and report known or suspected violations to the appropriate Company authority in a timely fashion.
* Performs other related duties as required.

Minimum Education:
* Bachelor's degree Business, Marketing, Sales, Communications or a related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum Experience:
* 10 years of experience in treasury management having served in multiple treasury related roles such as sales and product; and experience in deploying new products and training programs at scale for the treasury organization and bankers; and driving 3rd parties to build and deliver enablement solutions.
Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
* Strong technical understanding of data-driven publishing and use of templates, virtual engagement platforms (WebEx and Microsoft Teams) for virtual event management and deployment.
* Ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff, management, leadership and external contacts.
* Results oriented, accountable, motivated and flexible.
* Ability to multi-task in a deadline-driven environment where priorities change quickly.
* High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, relentless focus on customer satisfaction
* Solid understanding of technology (cloud-based software) and willingness to learn fast
* Strong organizational, grammar and editing skills with an attention to detail and emphasis on quality
* Sense of responsibility, accountability and ownership in own work

* Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with team member collaboration is key
* Knowledgeable in MS Office Suite with advanced experience in PowerPoint.
