Job Summary



Responsible for analyzing, developing, and maintaining Treasury systems and databases, including identifying, documenting, developing, and implementing process improvements with Treasury systems and databases.





Responsibilities:


? Development and maintenance of Treasury’s MS Access databases.

? Support Treasury’s ReconArt System.

? Document business process and database development

? Treasury IT Support (1st line before IT help desk)

? Participate in development of detailed project plans and manage to target completion dates.

? Implement process improvements.

? Assess business requirements and assist with definition of development specifications.

? Create and produce ad-hoc reporting for Treasury.

? Assist in the testing of internal applications and programs.

? Act as a liaison with other departments and third-party vendors.

? Encourage acceptance of change management.





Qualifications:


? At least two to three years business and technical experience

? Bachelor’s degree (Information Systems preferred)

? Knowledge of programming languages (VBA & SQL)

? Experience with design, creation, and maintenance of MS Access databases.

? Knowledge of databases or third-party offerings outside of Access is a plus.

? Knowledge of the contract food service industry is a plus.

? Proficient in Microsoft Office programs with strong knowledge of Excel and Access.

? Detail-oriented with strong organization and analytical skills

? Strong oral and written communication skills

? Problem solving aptitude.

? Creative thinker

? Self-motivated with accomplishing assigned projects and duties within a set time frame.

? Exceptional interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach to internal customer, peer, and external relationships

? Positive can-do attitude
