Job Description:
Background:
- The FEP Operations Center seeks a Systems Administrator to support Tableau/Cognos environments for ongoing Care Coordination Technical Infrastructure and Analytics 2.0 projects. The role requires experience with Red Hat Linux, Tableau/Cognos applications, DB2, and Google Analytics.
Environment:
- Supports a Data Warehouse with RHEL-deployed VM servers, IBM Power servers running AIX, V7200 storage, DB2 Warehouse, WebSphere, and Cognos analytics on Linux servers.
Key Tasks:
- Manage user security in Tableau administration tools.
- Deploy, configure, and manage Tableau environments on Red Hat Linux.
- Install and configure IBM WebSphere Servers and Cognos Analytics BI applications on Linux VMs.
- Install SSL Certificates in WebSphere and remediate security vulnerabilities.
- Perform problem analysis and resolution for OS, Middleware, and Cognos applications.
- Provide 24/7 on-call support for application issues, failover incidents, and log reviews.
- Secure web access and single sign-on (SSO) for Tableau and Cognos applications.
Required Skills:
- 5-8 years of experience with Tableau administration and support in a Linux environment.
- 5-8 years of experience with WebSphere and Cognos Analytics administration.
- Experience in Linux server administration and security hardening.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaborative skills.
- Bachelor's Degree desirable; equivalent experience required.
