Description
The Talent Acquisition Analyst is tied to the position description and classification of Business Analyst I at the company and responsible for carrying out all standard duties of a Business Analyst I. Responsible for managing assigned projects and ensuring that requests are completed timely, formatted appropriately, and documented following department protocols. The Analyst must be able to assess reporting requests and solicit feedback from requestors regarding any critical decision points that are necessary to complete requests accurately and timely. To do this effectively, the Analyst must have knowledge of the various data sources utilized by the department as well as a clear understanding of company business operations and workflows in order to apply appropriate criteria and methodology to meet requestors' needs.
It is also necessary to understand how department deliverables - including standard reports, ad-hoc requests, studies, analyses, and recommendations - can affect business operations at the company. This addendum specifies the Talent Acquisition related job duties and responsibilities of Business Analyst I, JOB TITLE: Talent Acquisition Analyst.
Responsible for the generation and analysis of Talent Acquisition metric-based reports and dashboards; analyzing data for internal and external employment trends, process improvements and other technical projects as assigned.

Requirements- Minimum two (2) years of business analytics experience required
- Experience with gathering analytics from various database complexities
- Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Marketing Analytics, Business, Human Resources, or related field from an accredited institution required
- Ability to handle multiple projects, data input, and strong problem-solving capability
- Strong attention to detail. Excellent data collection and systemization abilities
- Data analysis, word processing, spreadsheet, and some database capabilities
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Visio, Power Point, Word and Excel is essential
- ICIMS reporting/ Dashbaord experience
Work from home- 1 day per week will be onsite
