Talent Acquisition Communications Coordinator
Purpose
Describe the primary goals, objectives or functions or outputs of this position.
As a Talent Acquisition Communications Coordinator, you will be supporting communications for global recruiters etc. focused on TA support items such as translation support, career site vendor management and issue resolution, assisting with training materials, ad hoc projects/partnering with key stakeholders, maintaining our TA process document and town hall, bi-weekly office hours and QBR support.
Responsibilities
List up to 10 main responsibilities for the job. Include information about the accountability and scope.
" Assist with our quarterly town halls, bi-weekly team office hours & QBRs
" Assist with day-to-day communications
" Ongoing maintenance and quarterly updates of our TA process documentation
" Partner with key stakeholders to ensure TA resources are up to date
" Maintain the relationship with our career site vendor and job site vendors & assist with any issues related to our jobs
" Support translation requests and assist with ongoing training materials - managing the translation requests, will not be doing the actual translating, but managing the process of getting them completed.

WorkDay - again not needed
Office Teams/PP/Excel/Word, etc. Basic knowledge of PP to put slide decks together.
Niche TA Team - updating communications around supporting the creation of content to update teams globally with new process/procedures, etc.
Qualifications
List required and preferred qualifications (up to 10). Include education, skills and experience.
" Bachelor s degree required. Communications degree, open to any majors overall
" Minimum of 2 3 years of previous experience in communications or relevant fields. HR or Corporate communications experience is a plus.
" Excellent communication and organizational skills are required to interact extensively with personnel at all levels within the company.
" Demonstrated strong communication skills, written and oral.
" Effectively handles multiple tasks and ability to prioritize workload.
" Strong relationship management skills.
" Training experience preferred.
" Proficiency in MS Office products.
" 12-month contract with possible extensions
Standout previous experience: Work in Communications/Social Media/Training Backgrounds. Corporate or HR communications preferred.
Non TA titles - Corporate Communications/Training experience, will NOT be scheduling Interviews, etc. around typical TA Coordinator roles.
Previous titles to consider: Learning Coordinator; Communications Coordinator within larger corporations; HR Communication Specialists - for ***, Coordinator title works best as it is coordinating the team. HR experience preferred.
