JOB OVERVIEW
The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for managing full life cycle recruiting for an Eataly store. Reports directly to the Head of Talent Acquisition and reports functionally to the Human Resources Business Partner.
Partners with leadership as well as the HR Business Partners, HR Generalists and Head of Talent Acquisition to develop a comprehensive recruitment strategy for current and upcoming openings for assigned locations and roles at Eataly North America headquarters and stores
Works independently to oversee and execute all aspects of the recruiting process: researches and develops unique sourcing strategies, independently evaluates candidates, selects candidates for advancement in hiring process, coordinates interviews, and manages candidate experience, offers, follow up, and communication
Collaborate with recruiting team and internal partners to develop, refine, and implement innovative strategies for recruiting
Utilize a lens of best practices, fairness, and efficiency in evaluating job qualifications necessary for posted roles
Acts as a representative of Eataly culture in the candidate experience and all recruiting activities
Monitors and maintains compliance with applicant tracking and other business requirements
Utilizes available metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of hiring practices to support store goals; suggests improvements to Eataly management and implements changes
Collaborates to incorporate educational partnerships, community relations and employer branding efforts regularly into the overall recruitment strategy
Provides training to hiring managers on Applicant Tracking System, effective interviewing, and other assigned recruiting training
Participates in facilitating new hire orientation and the onboarding process as needed
Ensures compliance with state and federal laws, regulations, directives and policies
Performs other duties as required or assigned
- Bachelor’s Degree
3+ years of relevant talent acquisition experience recruiting for both office and hospitality roles
Preferred prior experience with/exposure to high-volume operations such as restaurant/hospitality industry
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and quickly adapt to changing business needs
Exemplary organizational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Responsiveness to urgent business needs and requests
Demonstrated ability to work independently and consistently meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
The annual compensation for this position is $70,000- $80,000
