Responsibilities:
- Assists with talent acquisition and staffing for a multi-location operation
- Supports training and employee engagement functions
- Works closely with HR team to align HR best practices to departmental strategies
- Develops metrics to track and measure talent acquisition and training goals
Qualifications for the position include:
- Strong HR background with emphasis on high volume recruitment and staffing required.
- Must possess excellent interpersonal communication, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task and maintain confidential information.
- Minimum 4-5 years of related talent acquisition experience required as well as a minimum 2-3 years of experience with recruitment coordination for a high-performing team.
- Advanced PC skills (i.e., experience with internet, database search technologies, applicant tracking systems) required.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of strategic recruitment strategies to drive results.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field required.
