Responsibilities & Requirements:

The Talent Associate will be paired with a Talent Specialist in support of hiring needs for a group of service lines across Kettering Health. The Talent Associate is responsible for assisting with various tasks listed below throughout the hiring life cycle. 

• • Job approvals & posting to career sites
  • Reviewing candidate resumes & rehire eligibility
  • Prepping offers for the Talent Specialists - calculating pay rates, updating offer details in the system, and verifying any license/certifications
  • Finalizing offer letter signatures & initiating background checks
  • Schedule medical clearance apptointments & general orietnation/start dates
  • Intiaiting bonus payouts
  • Providing strong customer service throughout the process to internal and external stakeholders
  • Taking action on requests within 1 business day

Job Qualifications 

• High school diploma/GED required
