About the Job
The Talent Performance Partner is responsible for driving the development and implementation of performance, succession, and career management across Heritage Construction + Materials as part of an integrated Talent Management strategy.
Essential Functions
- Partner with HR and business leadership to deliver our performance management, succession management, and career management methodologies in alignment with our business strategies.
- Partner with our HR teams to drive the creation and execution of implementation plans informed by readiness criteria, prior year data, and/or business context.
- Provide coaching and development to people managers on our performance management methodology including development and facilitating group trainings, online learning, and 1:1 support.
- Facilitate the delivery of all related Workday functionality, including developing and communicating project plans, conducting HR and people manager training, providing reporting tools, and advising on related initiatives.
- Compile and analyze performance, succession, and career data to identify trends, areas for increased investment, and improved guidance for process delivery and management.
- Offer strategic insight to integrate succession management and career management with performance management.
- Develop, implement, and execute succession planning strategies to identify and prepare internal talent pipelines.
- Create and deliver developmental programs and materials to support career planning with employees, including programs and materials for people managers.
Education Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Bachelor's or Masters degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration or related field is preferred.
Experience Qualifications
- 8+ years experience in leading others, program management, human resources and/or talent management with both office professional and field-based employees.
- Track record of getting results while leading multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.
- Experience with system-enabled performance management tools, including Workday, is a plus.

- Excellent communication, emotional intelligence, and interpersonal skills.
- Adept at working collaboratively and influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Robust understanding of employee engagement metrics and leading indicators related to performance and career management.
- Knowledge of adult learning theories and behavioral science for the purpose of curating culture and leading change.
