Our client, a distinguished boutique law firm in Atlanta, seeks an Advanced Planning, Trusts + Estates Attorney to join their expanding trusts and estates practice. This firm offers a collegial, boutique firm environment, emphasizing quality legal services tailored for high-net worth and ultra high-net worth individuals, families, and business owners.

Renowned for its expertise in estate planning, tax planning, and strategic corporate planning, this firm excels in providing comprehensive legal services and sophisticated estate planning strategies. The Opportunity

• Estate Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive estate plans, including wills, trusts, and charitable giving strategies
• Tax Planning: Advise clients on tax-efficient strategies and prepare for potential tax implications
• Succession Planning: Work with business owners on succession strategies to ensure smooth transitions and continuity
• Family Office Collaboration: Collaborate with family offices to integrate financial, tax, and estate planning strategies

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in trusts and estates practice, focusing on high-net worth and ultra high-net worth clients
• LLM in Taxation is preferred
• Expertise in strategic corporate planning, tax planning, succession planning, and experience working in/with family offices
