Pay Rate: $100,000-$140,000/year depending on experience

Tax Manager Responsibilities:
- Create tax models to explore different strategies for client-specific cases.
- Handle international filing requirements for a broad portfolio of global clients.
- Collaborate closely with advisors to develop in-depth tax projections for clients.
- Foster long-term relationships with clients through direct, high-level interactions and personalized tax planning.
- Work with the tax team to ensure year-round compliance and ongoing strategic tax planning.
- Act as the main point of contact for tax-related questions, offering expert advice on Roth conversions, real estate transactions, and other tax-sensitive matters.
- Contribute to marketing efforts by writing informative articles for current and potential clients.
- Review a wide range of tax returns, including individual, trust, estate, partnership, S corporation, and state-specific filings.
- Seek opportunities to improve internal processes and enhance efficiency in tax compliance operations.
- Assist in recruiting tax interns through university outreach, mentoring them throughout their professional development.
- Be prepared for extended hours during tax season, with more flexible time during the remainder of the year.

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required. Master's degree is preferred.
- A CPA license is required.
- A minimum of five years of public accounting experience is required.
- Previous experience as a Tax Manager is required.
