Salary Range: $120K - $160K

Location: 1623 Harden Blvd, Lakeland, FL 33803, USA

Work Model: Fully on-site (open to hybrid after 90 days)

Requirements:

Must be a CPA (mature candidates welcome, but must have recent public accounting experience)

Minimum of 3 years of public accounting experience

Responsibilities:

Prepare and review complex corporate, individual, partnership, trust, and estate tax returns for multi-state, multi-entity clients.

Lead engagements in all phases of accounting, including tax planning and research.

Serve as a senior-level tax consultant while providing strategic tax guidance.

Develop and cultivate professional client relationships.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting

3+ years of recent public accounting tax experience, with progressive responsibilities

Must have CPA

Experience in staff supervision and managing client relationships

Ability to prioritize tasks, work effectively in a team-oriented environment, and interact professionally with clients and all levels of staff
