Responsibilities of Tax Manager:

• Lead and Develop: Manage and mentor a team of 7 professionals.
• Drive Growth: Play a key role in the firm’s expansion and success.
• Review Expertise: Oversee and review individual, corporate, non-profit, and trust tax returns.
• Ensure Compliance: Maintain adherence to local, state, and federal tax regulations.

Qualifications for the Tax Manager:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, with CPA certification or eligibility.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in tax preparation, including team leadership experience.

Salary:

• Compensation Range: $120,000 to $165,000 + Bonus
