What you will be doing:

 

• A member and leader of a valued engagement team providing federal, state, and local tax compliance and consulting services to real estate clients.
• Consult with clients regarding tax and business matters.
• Proactively deliver exceptional client service in a timely, professional, and accurate manner.
• Lead and plan client engagements.
• Provide tax planning and savings opportunities to the client.
• Identify opportunities to provide additional consultative solutions and services that will provide value to the client.
• Work with the other tax consulting services pertaining to tax matters in the state and local, high net worth, international, research and development, cost segregation and other advisory services.
• Be involved in Thought Leadership within the real estate team.
• Assist with all areas of client engagement regarding staffing, billing, and engagement economics.

Experience you will need:

 

• Bachelor's Degree in accounting, Masters, Law or advanced degree desirable.
• CPA or JD required.
• 5+ years of experience providing federal and state tax compliance, accounting and advisory services in a professional services firm to real estate clients, including supervisory and mentoring skills and experience.
• Demonstrated leadership, project management, communication and analytical skills.
• A track record of providing exceptional client service.
• Proficient software and Microsoft Suite skills.
