Tax Manager or Tax Supervisor - Gpac

Our growing public accounting firm in Lakewood, NJ, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Tax Manager or Tax Supervisor to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee tax planning and compliance engagements for a diverse client base
• Conduct thorough reviews of corporate, partnership, and individual tax returns
• Research complex tax issues and provide insightful recommendations to clients
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
• Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering growth and skill enhancement

Qualifications:

• CPA License (required)
• 3+ years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on tax services
• Proven expertise in tax compliance, planning, and research
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• A client-focused approach and commitment to delivering high-quality service
